CTOnews.com, February 24 (Xinhua)-- Samsung Galaxy S9 + and Galaxy Note 9 are not on the Samsung OneUI 5.1 adaptation list, but the latest Noble ROM 3.1 brings the unofficial OneUI 5.1 experience to both models and the exclusive Image Clipper features of the Galaxy S23 model.

Noble ROM is a third-party ROM developed by AlexisXDA, a developer of XDA Forum, which mainly provides the latest OneUI upgrade experience for old Galaxy models that do not meet the upgrade requirements.

The Noble ROM 3.1 version of this update has been adapted to the Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9 + and Galaxy Note 9 models, has all the features provided in the official version of OneUI 5.1, and includes Google's February 2023 security patch.

The most noteworthy update to Noble ROM 3.1 also introduced the Image Clipper feature. This is the exclusive feature of the current Galaxy S23 model, and the Galaxy model that has been officially upgraded to OneUI 5.1 does not have this feature. Image Clipper allows users to quickly extract objects from pictures and videos.
