CTOnews.com, February 24, Microsoft is preparing to launch some new Surface products this spring, following foreign media reports that it will include Surface Laptop Studio 2.

@ Gustave Monce has found traces of the new Surface Laptop Studio on Geekbench, and it seems that there are several SKU in the series, including a laptop with Intel Core i7-13800H, 64GB RAM and NVIDIA RTX 4060.

Unsurprisingly, this SKU will be one of the most powerful Surface laptops ever, and it will be the first Surface with 64GB (DDR5) memory.

(CTOnews.com reminds: the test machine does not represent the final mass production and market model, and does not rule out the possibility that Microsoft will cut the 64GB version later.)

The Geekbench benchmark test results show that the single core score of the processor is 2564 and the multi-core score is 12463. In contrast, the mononuclear score of the primary Surface Laptop Studio was about 1985 and the polynucleus score was about 6788.

In addition to this SKU, there is also a version with Intel Core i7-13700H, 16GB memory and Iris Xe verification, which may be entry-level or mid-range configuration.

According to Microsoft's consistent operation, the new machine is likely to remain the same except for the core specifications.

The original Surface Laptop Studio is equipped with a 14.4in PixelSense touch screen, refresh rate of 120Hz, support for Dolby Vision, choice of Intel 11-generation H-series quad-core processors, Nvidia RTX 3050Ti graphics cards, memory up to 32GB and storage space up to 2TB.

Surface Laptop Studio is also equipped with two USB 4.0 and Thunderbolt 4 interfaces and a dedicated Surface charging port. Users can pair the device with Surface Slim Pen 2 and magnetically attach, store and charge it in front of the keyboard. It also has a high-definition 1080p camera and Quad Omnisonic speakers that support Dolby Atmos.
