Overall, the report points out that indoor and outdoor 5G network coverage has improved in most scenarios, and 5G users have excellent voice and Internet experience in various high-frequency scenarios, thanks to the efficient coordination of operators'5G and 4G network construction and operation.

From different cities, the average 5G coverage of trunk roads has reached 90%, the 5G coverage of expressways in first-tier cities has reached more than 85%, the user experience is excellent, and non-first-tier cities have reached more than 70%, also following the pace of development.

From the perspective of different scenes, the overall user perception of many key scenes, such as the business district, transportation hub, hospital, highway and high-speed railway, was significantly improved compared with the previous year.

From the perspective of scene experience, the comprehensive score of 8 types of scene perception is more than 86, 5G user experience is excellent, and the comprehensive score of high-speed rail is 66.

From the perspective of 5G network coverage, the outdoor 5G coverage of different urban trunk roads and users' high-frequency use scenes has reached 90% (2021). Compared with 2021, the outdoor 5G coverage of other scenarios has increased significantly compared with 2021, and the high-speed 5G coverage has reached 78%. Compared with 2021, the indoor 5G coverage of high-frequency use scenes reached 74%, an increase of 23% over 2021. The average level of 5G coverage along the high-speed railway is 33%, an increase of 230% over 2021, reflecting the accelerated effectiveness of 5G construction.

From the perspective of voice service, the connection rate of all major scenarios is above 99%, and the call quality is good.

From the perception of the Internet, except for high-speed rail, all the business scores in other scenarios are more than 90 points.

The average uplink rate of 5G is 57.95Mbps and the average downlink rate is 340.25Mbps. Compared with 4G, users' perception of online experience has been significantly improved, with nearly 5 times increase in uplink rate and 9 times increase in downstream rate, as well as user perception such as Wechat picture sending, Douyin video playback stutter, game delay and so on.
