Ziguang Zhanrui T820 5G chip was released in November 2022, using 8-core architecture and 6nm EUV technology, built-in financial-grade security program, support for 5G dual card dual standby and 1.08 megapixel HD camera, FHD + resolution 120Hz refresh rate display, 4K 60 frames HD video recording and playback, HDR10 + HD standard, 8 TOPS AI computing power and other excellent features.

The CPU of Ziguang Zhanrui T820 adopts 1-3-cluster-8-core CPU architecture, which consists of 1 Arm Cortex-A76 core with 2.7GHz frequency, 3 Arm Cortex-A76 core with 2.3GHz frequency and 4 Arm Cortex-A55 core with 2.1GHz frequency. It supports 3MB three-level cache. Equipped with Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU, running frequency up to 850MHz. LPDDR4X memory and UFS 3.1 flash memory are supported.
