According to news from CTOnews.com on February 22, Lei Jun, founder, chairman and CEO of Xiaomi, said via social media today that Xiaomi 13 has no plans to do a half-generation upgrade, adding that "you don't have to wait for Xiaomi 13s."

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, the Xiaomi 13 series was released in December last year and includes two models, the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro.

Among them, Xiaomi 13 uses a 6.36in quad equilateral flexible straight screen, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, has a 4500mAh battery, and supports 67W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging and 10W reverse charging.

Xiaomi 13 Pro uses a 6.73-inch AMOLED hyperbolic screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, built-in 4820mAh battery and supports 120W fast charging.

In addition, Xiaomi will launch its Mi 13 series of phones to the global market during MWC 2023 on February 26, which is expected to include Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi 13 Lite 5G.
