A maximum of 5 million yuan will be given to the research and development of new new energy passenger vehicles, up to 8 million yuan for hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles, and up to 3 million yuan for the announcement and inspection of new energy models.

For new energy vehicle manufacturers to obtain special financing products used to advance subsidies for the purchase of new energy vehicles, a discount subsidy of up to 5 million yuan will be given. Construction subsidies and operation subsidies shall be given to hydrogen filling stations that have been completed and put into operation and which meet the subsidy standards.

In addition, the "measure" also proposes to make every effort to promote the electronic industry cluster to stabilize the chain and extend the strong chain. The relevant measures are as follows:

Support intelligent terminal enterprises to keep jobs, upgrade new products, adjust structures, grow steadily, build smart products, reduce costs, and reward high-end products and incremental parts of terminals such as computers and smart phones for the new development and production of servers and artificial intelligence hardware.

We will fully support the upgrading and development of the integrated circuit industry, continue to strengthen investment support, and provide up to 5 million yuan in financial support to integrated circuit design enterprises with an actual investment of more than 20 million yuan. A maximum of 20 million yuan discount support will be given to integrated circuit manufacturing and closed testing enterprises with an actual investment of more than 500 million yuan, and a maximum of 10 million yuan discount support will be given to integrated circuit equipment and materials enterprises with an actual investment of more than 200 million yuan.
