According to reports, the AAC MEMS microphone has both digital (PDM) and analog output modes, with excellent characteristics such as small size, ultra-high consistency, low distortion and flat frequency response, and the signal-to-noise ratio covers from 63dB to 70dB, corresponding to different levels of low, middle and high-end applications and a variety of scenarios. The operating temperature range is-40 °C ~ 105 °C, which meets the relevant quality requirements of the vehicle specification standard AEC-Q103-003.

AAC Technology can provide customized voice microphone modules, module size structure, voice performance (number of microphones, acoustic indicators, etc.), interface and other parameters can be customized. The layout of multi-position microphone array can satisfy the speech recognition, awakening and voice interaction of multiple positions in the car, and effectively solve the problem of pick-up in the main direction. Combined with the algorithm, the pick-up of a specific angle beam can be realized, and the invalid environmental noise can be greatly eliminated. To achieve a more intelligent and accurate "car-to-human" active interaction.

The E-call microphone module developed by AAC Technology has high sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. AAC vehicle waterproof microphone module can withstand the harsh test requirements of IP6K9K, effectively prevent the invasion of dust and high-temperature and high-pressure water, even in bad weather and environment. The microphone module is arranged on the outside of the car to receive ambient sound. When the sensor captures sounds with special meanings such as sirens, it can reduce the volume of music in the car and issue sirens to remind the driver in time, so as to effectively avoid safety accidents.

Active road noise cancellation (RANC) technology requires the cooperation of vibration sensors, microphones and speakers. The full acceleration range of the AAC vibration sensor module is up to 16g, which is enough to cover the usual vibration amplitude range. Its maximum bandwidth is as high as 4kHz, which can accurately monitor the vibration of tires and suspension. combined with the residual noise captured by the microphone in the car, the inverse crosstalk signal is sent by the loudspeaker after algorithm processing, which can actively reduce the road noise in the car and ensure the comfort of driving.
