Qiming 930 is produced by 12nm process, and HUB Chiplet adopts RISC-V CPU core, which can provide 8~20TOPS (INT8) dense computing power by carrying multiple NPU Side Die flexibly. Qiming 930 can be used independently for AI accelerator cards, and can also be integrated with a variety of functional Side Die through D2D expansion, with a variety of product forms.

The Qiming 930 chip adopts the third generation "Moose" core architecture developed by the Arctic Core NPU, which supports INT4,INT8 and INT16 computing accuracy, common convolution layer, linear layer, pooling layer and activation layer, and functionally supports common detection and classification models, including but not limited to VGG,ResNet,Yolo, etc.

Different NPU cores can run independently or jointly to accelerate the same task, which is flexible and easy to use. In the design phase, the compilation and architecture are deeply coupled, and taking into account the constraints and costs caused by multi-core interconnection, after optimization, the chip resource utilization claims to be up to 70% on average.

In terms of packaging, Qiming 930 chip adopts domestic substrate and 2.5D package, and the interface and packaging scheme are optimized according to the characteristics of domestic substrate to ensure the transmission efficiency of multi-chip interconnection.

In addition, Qiming 930 chip provides basic driver, framework support, application layer full-stack application deployment tools, and provides customers with debug-deployment-application oriented software stack. at present, a series of models have been successfully verified with partners.
