It is reported that the pancake robot takes about 3.5 minutes to serve a pancake and can make two flavors of pancake fruit, including original pancakes and ham pancakes, each priced at 7.99 yuan and 8.99 yuan respectively. Customers are also free to choose whether they need coriander and chili peppers.

CTOnews.com learned that the pancake fruit robot is fully automated. Buyers only need to select the types and ingredients of the pancakes on the electronic screen, then scan the code to pay for the order, and the equipment will release the ingredients according to the demand. Under the control of the program, the batter is squeezed onto the heated, oiled cake bell, and the robotic arm spreads the batter evenly and pours the egg. Wait a moment, and then another mechanical arm with a shovel will turn the formed pancakes, then brush the sauce, sprinkle with chopped onions, coriander and other ingredients, and put on the crispy, the whole process is no different from manual pancakes.

However, the equipment is still under commissioning, and the success rate remains to be improved. Sometimes the batter may be unevenly spread, the crust may be broken when turned over, and the sauce may not be enough. At present, it is not clear whether the device will be further popularized and promoted.
