At present, the large-scale development of renewable energy is also faced with insufficient consumption space in some areas, difficulties in ensuring factors such as land and sea, and problems such as "power grid and other projects" and "grid planning" in large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases. It is necessary to earnestly strengthen policy supply and industry services, promote the resolution of difficulties and problems reflected by various units, create a good environment for the development of the industry, and promote the transformation from quantity growth to quality growth. It is necessary to step up efforts to promote the construction of large-scale wind photovoltaic power generation bases, further strengthen monitoring and dispatching, and promote the integration of power sources and power sources, so as to ensure that the first batch of large-scale wind photovoltaic bases will be completed and put into operation on time.

China's wind power photovoltaic annual installed capacity of more than 100 million kilowatts and annual generating capacity of more than 1 trillion kilowatt hours has become the new normal.
