According to reports, the project mainly focuses on operation, customer service, maintenance and safety management. On the basis of "network management, running on demand" and passenger travel as the center, promote the mode reform of urban rail transit and the application of new technology, and greatly improve the safety and efficiency of network transportation.

CTOnews.com learned that the implementation of the project will greatly enhance and enrich the ride experience and provide many convenient services for passengers. Passengers can obtain accurate location query, path planning and other services through Beijing Metro App, Mini Program and other services in the future, which is achieved through the verification of Beidou positioning and multi-standard navigation system. In addition, the real-name passenger fast entry service and ticket security inspection integrated service will shorten the entry time and improve the travel efficiency. Based on emerging technologies such as speech recognition, knowledge graph and semantic understanding, Beijing Metro will create a dynamic self-learning intelligent customer service, "Digital No. 1 employee", to meet the needs of scenarios such as inquiries.
