The HPM6200 series has 12 product models, including single-core and dual-core products, available in 144LQFP and 116BGA packages (compatible with pre-production HPM6300 series pins), with built-in flash memory (4MB) and no built-in flash memory option. The full range of HPM6200 products have passed AEC-Q100 certification and the operating temperature ranges from-40 °C to 125 °C. More product information is as follows:

RISC-V dual-core supports double-precision floating-point operation and powerful DSP expansion, with a main frequency of 600MHz and performance of 6780 CoreMark and 3420 DMIPS. Current control loop operation based on vector control can be completed in 1us.

32KB cache (I / D Cache) and zero-wait instruction and data local memory (ILM / DLM) of dual-core common 512KB, coupled with 256KB general SRAM, avoid the performance loss caused by low-speed external memory.

Four groups of 8-channel enhanced PWM controllers, of which two groups of high-resolution PWM modulation accuracy reach 100ps, which improves the system control accuracy, and can realize single-chip control of multi-axis motor or single-chip digital power supply with complex topology.

Two programmable logic arrays PLA can flexibly realize the interconnection of combinational logic and sequential logic devices, and realize the unique functional circuit design of users in the chip.

3 2MSPS 16-bit high-precision ADC, up to 24 analog input channels when configured with 12-bit precision, 4 analog comparators and 2 1MSPS 12-bit DAC.

Σ-∆ digital filter SDM, including SINC digital filter, can be externally connected with 4 Σ ∆ modulators to realize high precision current and voltage signal acquisition with isolation.

Multiple communication interfaces: a high-speed USB with built-in PHY, up to 4-way CAN-FD, 4-way LIN and rich UART, SPI, I2C and so on.

HPM6200 continues and extends the existing ecosystem of Schwarz Semiconductor, including Segger Embedded Studio, a free commercial integrated development environment, and SDK based on the BSD license, which includes underlying drivers, middleware and RTOS, such as popular open source projects such as lwIP, TinyUSB, CherryUSB, FreeRTOS, tensorflow lite for MCU and a completely self-developed high-performance motor control library.

On the hardware side, HPM6200 provides an EVK development kit. The kit has an on-board debugging interface, which can be debugged directly by users, and supports ART-PI interface and lead motor general interface to facilitate customers to expand the application and migration scheme. The retail price is 298 yuan.
