CTOnews.com, February 19, China Science and Technology Aerospace is the first mixed-ownership commercial aerospace enterprise in China. Relying on the scientific research strength and resource advantages of the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Aerospace Flight Science and Technology Center, it is basically positioned as a platform for transforming achievements of major national scientific research projects.

China Science and Technology Aerospace on Friday announced the latest development of the near-space recyclable scientific experimental platform and liquid launch vehicle. The near-space recyclable science experiment platform uses liquid rocket reusable technology to provide a long-space and high-order microgravity experimental environment. Microgravity experimental techniques such as complex fluid rheological behavior, atmospheric isotope measurement, interface phenomena and space micro-nano manufacturing in microgravity environment are carried out.

According to reports, the China Science and Technology Aerospace liquid Research and Development team recently carried out a joint static test of the engine cylinder cabin frame in the laboratory of the Innovation Center, which examined the structural bearing capacity of the tested products under the design load, and obtained the performance parameters of product stiffness, strength and stability, which laid a solid foundation for the flight test of the near space recyclable scientific test platform.

Through this test, China Science and Technology Aerospace mainly verified the rationality of the structural form of the engine cylinder cabin frame and the correctness of the structural static analysis, and the product stiffness, strength and stability all meet the requirements of ground operation and flight conditions.

At the same time, the success of this test indicates that the laboratory of China Science and Technology Aerospace Innovation Center has the relevant static test conditions and capabilities, which can provide guarantee conditions for the company's multi-model research and development tasks.

At present, the company has launched a series of carrier rocket products, including Lijian I series solid carrier rocket, Lijian II liquid carrier rocket, Lijian III series liquid carrier rocket, space tourism aircraft and near space recyclable scientific experiment platform.

China Science and Technology Aerospace said that its rocket pedigree has a carrying capacity of 1 to 15 tons and can be adapted to multiple application scenarios such as low-orbit constellation networking, space station freight, high-orbit launch, suborbital tourism, and near-space science experiments.

CTOnews.com reported last year that the Lijian-1 carrier rocket was successfully launched from the Jiuquan Satellite launch Center on July 27, 2022. The six satellites carried in the first flight have an uplink load of 1068.63 kg and a total weight of 899kg, achieving an accurate orbit of 100 meters. After the successful first flight, Lijian-1 officially entered the stage of mass production and application launch.

According to Nanfang Daily, China Science and Technology Aerospace industrialization Base, the first commercial aerospace industrialization base in China, was completed and put into production in Nansha, Guangzhou in January this year. The total planned area of the base is about 600 mu, of which the first phase is 100 mu, which is mainly used to carry out the production, test, final assembly and testing of a series of solid and liquid carrier rockets, with an annual output of 30 carrier rockets. it will drive the upstream and downstream industrial chain to achieve a scale of 100 billion, filling the gap in Guangdong's aerospace manufacturing industry.

At present, the Lijian-1 remote-2 carrier rocket has been assembled and tested in the workshop of the Guangzhou base, and is scheduled to be launched from the Jiuquan Satellite launch Center in May 2023. The mission load of the carrier rocket is Fucheng No. 1, TY26 and other satellites of Changsha Tianyi Space Science and Technology Co., Ltd., with a total load of 1 ton.
