Microsoft is working on an improved Outlook Composer toolbar for Android. Outlook's new Compose toolbar will be customizable to help users reach the most commonly used actions faster. For example, if the attachment tool is used in almost every email, users can rearrange the attachment buttons in the compose toolbar so they are closer to the thumb of the action.

However, the Outlook composition toolbar on Android has not undergone special visual processing, so it seems that it has not changed much. Users will see the same old designs in it, only the tools will be customizable to help achieve higher productivity. According to Microsoft's Microsoft 365 Roadmap page, Outlook's new customizable authoring toolbar for Android will be available in April.
