According to reports, this series of SSD uses the Yangtze River storage flash memory + Huirong master.

The SSD uses PCIe Gen 4 and NVMe 1.4 and is equipped with self-sealing particles to provide a better TCO solution, as well as a variety of capacity options such as 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and so on, the company said. In terms of performance index, the product has the highest sequential read and write performance of 4900/3600MB/s, and the random read and write performance (4K) is up to 300K / 550K IOPS.

In terms of functionality, AM6A1 supports intelligent heat dissipation management, which can provide continuous and stable high-performance performance and balance heat dissipation; supports OOB out-of-band management, supports online diagnostic devices, and is easier to maintain; supports Intel Athena certification, and PS4 power consumption is less than 3.5mW.

Huirong confirmed that the AM6A1 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is equipped with the SM2269XT master chip of Huirong Technology. The chip is a 12nm process and supports 4-channel NAND.
