According to the FAA, SpaceX failed to provide the data for at least seven days after launch, and the company currently has 30 days to respond to FAA's enforcement notice.

The FAA believes that the SpaceX data is crucial because it is used to "assess the possibility of a carrier rocket colliding with one of thousands of tracked objects orbiting the Earth."
