Samsung Galaxy S23 has 128GB and 256GB storage versions, while Galaxy S23 + can buy 256GB or 512GB versions. Galaxy S23 Ultra is available in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB versions. In different countries, Samsung offers free storage upgrades, free wireless headphones or smartwatches, and Samsung store credits to users who buy Galaxy S23 series smartphones.
