CTOnews.com reported on February 17 that the 2023 annual meeting of the Boao Forum for Asia is scheduled to be held in Boao, Hainan from March 28 to 31. The theme of the annual meeting is "uncertain World: unity and Cooperation to meet challenges, openness and inclusiveness for Development".

According to reports, this year's annual meeting will be held completely offline. The Boao Forum for Asia (Boao Forum For Asia,BFA), or Forum for Asia and Boao Forum for Asia, is a non-official, non-profit, regular, fixed-location international organization headquartered in China, co-sponsored by 29 member states. It was officially established in February 2001 in Boao Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, and adopted programmatic documents such as the Declaration and the guiding principles of the Constitution.
