China Telecom will launch its first BSIM pilot project in Hong Kong later this year, Conflux Network said. The BSIM card will integrate Conflux's tree map, double interest proof and workload proof technology.

According to reports, the BSIM card manages and stores the user's public key and private key in the card, and digitally signs the private key without exiting the card. BSIM cards can also perform encrypted storage, key retrieval and other operations.

At the same time, the BSIM card is no different from the traditional SIM in appearance, but its storage space is 10-20 times larger than that of the traditional SIM card, and its computing power is dozens of times higher. Users who switch to BSIM cards will be able to safely store digital assets, easily transfer digital assets, and display assets in a variety of applications.

Conflux Network said that the development phase of the BSIM card has been completed and has been connected to the main network of Conflux for testing. The prototype card has the function of storing and sending digital assets.
