According to reports, SM2268XT uses dual-core ARM R8 CPU, supports four-channel 3200 MT / s NAND, and supports TLC and QLC flash memory.

In terms of parameters, the SSD equipped with this series of master controls will achieve sequential read and write speeds of 7400 MB/s and 6500 MB/s, as well as random read and write speeds of 1200K IOPS.

According to the roadmap previously announced by Huirong, the SM2268XT master will adopt the 12nm process.

It is expected that the new generation of low-power DRAM PCIe-free 4.0 SSD will use the Huirong SM2268XT master.
