DW Phase V project will promote the production capacity of TCL Zhonghuan G12. Through the in-depth development of intelligent factory equipment automation, the whole process automation from raw material to finished product delivery will be realized, and the per capita labor productivity will be increased by 150% compared with that of traditional factories, effectively reducing production costs, improving production efficiency and yield, and improving flexible manufacturing capability.

DW Phase V Project Aerial View Zhonghuan invested in the construction of 50GW (G12) solar grade monocrystalline silicon material smart factory project (crystal phase VI project) is currently the world's largest single scale, the highest degree of wisdom monocrystalline silicon production base.

CTOnews.com learned that DW Phase V Project, as a supporting project for the extension of the industrial chain of Phase VI of Central Crystal, has a total investment of about 4.1 billion yuan. The overall planned G12 silicon wafer production capacity is 35GW. It is expected to start on February 18 this year and be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter. The project will further build a modern high-end photovoltaic manufacturing industry, give full play to its scale advantages and cost advantages in the competition of new energy materials industry, promote the continuous reduction of LCOE and BOS cost optimization of photovoltaic power generation, realize the comprehensive parity of photovoltaic power generation, and improve the competitiveness of photovoltaic power generation in the global energy transformation.
