CTOnews.com, February 16 (Xinhua)-- Google has admitted that the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro models have a problem with scrolling, and said it is about to launch an update to fix the problem.

The refresh rate of Pixel 7 is 90Hz and the refresh rate of Pixel 7 Pro is 120Hz, but the scrolling of the two models is not as smooth as other phones.

Some users' feedback can improve the problem of unsmooth scrolling by reducing the sensitivity of the touch screen. CTOnews.com also learned that some Pixel 7 users also reported that rolling back to previous versions could alleviate the problem.

Google has acknowledged the problem on the Issue Tracker platform, but has not officially announced the launch date of the fix. Google employees pointed out that the problem had been largely uncovered after installing the most recent QPR2 beta version update.
