With the support of the public security department, the identity information of the parties involved in the case was determined in accordance with the law, and the network remote inspection and evidence collection was carried out on the click of the movie link transmitted by Wechat, and the infringement evidence was fixed in time. In the investigation and inquiry, the party concerned confessed to the illegal act.

After investigation, the parties are engaged in the food therapy and health care WeChat business industry, mainly by providing free latest movie link services to attract popularity to achieve the purpose of selling their own health care products, and their free movie link resources are provided by health products. Since January 24, 2023, less than two days before the release of the latest movies such as "Man Jianghong" and "wandering Earth 2", the parties have been posting free links to the latest movies on Wechat moments. And spread the above movie link through Wechat.

So far, the parties have spread the above pirated movie links to more than 200 Wechat friends. The behavior of the parties violates the relevant provisions of the copyright Law and infringes on the right of film right holders to disseminate information on the network. At present, the investigation of the case has been concluded, and the parties concerned will be subject to corresponding administrative penalties.
