According to the "personal Information Protection Law", "Network Security Law", "Telecommunication regulations" and "provisions on the Protection of personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet users" and other laws and regulations, and in accordance with the "Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on carrying out in-depth Promotion of the Special rectification Action of App infringing upon the Rights and interests of users" (letter No. 2020 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) Organize third-party testing institutions to detect the security of some territorial active mobile App infringing on the rights and interests of users. So far, there are still 19 App that have not been rectified, which are now publicly publicized.

Inner Mongolia Communications Administration said that the above-mentioned App should be completed and implemented by February 24, 2023. If the rectification and reform is not in place within the time limit, the bureau will carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with the law, including organizing App to be removed from shelves, stopping App access services, and adding illegal subjects subject to administrative penalties to the list of malpractices or discredits in telecom business operations in accordance with the law.
