According to Microsoft officials, this update solves the security issues of the Windows operating system. The update also fixes issues where some Internet of things devices may stop playing audio. In addition, this update contains all the contents of the January optional update (KB5019275), which adds storage reminders for OneDrive when it is close to the storage limit. Another important change in the update is related to the taskbar. According to Microsoft, the February 2023 update of Windows 10 fixed a problem that caused resource managers and taskbars to stop responding.

CTOnews.com noted that Microsoft also warned that starting today, using Microsoft Edge updates on some versions of Windows 10 will permanently close deactivated, unsupported Internet Explorer 11 desktop applications.
