Construction of the project began in July 2019, and from January to December 2022, the project completed an investment of 350 million yuan, accounting for 125% of the annual plan.

After the completion of the project, it will be mainly engaged in the R & D, design and testing of smart phones and its surrounding products, will assume the strategic role of OPPO technology development, and will be mainly responsible for the R & D, design and testing of OPPO multi-intelligent terminals, so as to promote the effective implementation of the overall R & D strategy and objectives of OPPO.

In addition, the project can accommodate more than 10,000 people to work here at the same time, which will solve the problem of shortage of scientific research office space that has plagued OPPO for a long time. At that time, OPPO R & D talents distributed all over the country will gather in Changan, and the R & D talents of smart phone industry in Changan Town will be further gathered, and the competitiveness of the industry will be further enhanced.
