CTOnews.com February 14 news, according to Taiwan's "Economic Daily" reported that TSMC held a resolution of the company's board of directors today, and approved nine important resolutions, including the approval of last year's employee dividends totaling NT $121.404 billion (currently about 27.437 billion yuan) and other projects.

According to the estimated number of TSMC employees of 65,000, each person can be divided into about NT $1,867,700 on average (currently about RMB 422,000).

CTOnews.com inquired that TSMC achieved operating revenue of NT $2,263.89 billion in 2022 (currently about RMB 509.375 billion), up 42.6% year-on-year. Net profit after tax was approximately NT$1,016.53 billion (currently approximately NT$229.736 billion) and earnings per share was NT$39.20 (currently approximately NT$8.86).

According to the approval of TSMC's board of directors, the employee performance bonus and compensation (dividend) in 2021 totaled approximately NT $121.404 billion. Among them, employee performance bonus of about NT $60.702 billion has been paid after each quarter; compensation (dividend) of about NT $60.702 billion will be paid in July this year. TSMC's board of directors decided to hold a shareholders 'meeting on June 9.
