Here to make a distinction with the high-speed continuous shooting, the following picture is the high-speed continuous shooting. After turning on the continuous shooting function of the camera, press and hold the shooting button and do not let go, the camera will shoot quickly and continuously, and several to dozens of pictures can be taken per second (see the camera manual).

In the end, stroboscopic photography will only get one picture, and several photos will be taken several times in a row. Continuous shooting requires post-synthesis in order to move the continuous action to a picture. If there is overlap when the main body moves, it is not suitable to use continuous shooting, because it is not easy to cutout.

During slow-door photography, every time the flash illuminates the subject, it can freeze a clear moment and leave multiple clear moments after multiple flashes (strobe).

Sometimes in one second, the flash has to flash five or six times, and the speed is very fast, so the requirement for the flash is relatively high, so it is necessary to install a professional external flash on the camera.

Output power: determines the brightness of the flash. 1 is twice as much as 1 to 2, and so on. As the flash needs time to call back after each turn on (it can be understood as full after power consumption), the greater the power, the longer the return time, so it is not recommended to set too high power.

Flash frequency: how many times a second. 10Hz, for example, flashes 10 times a second. 2.5Hz flashes 2.5 times a second. (definitely cannot flash "0.5 times", but can flash 5 times in 2 seconds)

Number of flashes: how many times does the flash come on? Combined with the flash frequency, we can calculate how long it takes for the flash to complete the work.

3. Shooting points in order to make the subject clearer, it is necessary to ensure that the brightness contrast between the subject and the background is large enough, and it is best to choose a dark background.

At the same time, do not let the main body and the background too close, avoid the flash illuminating the background. In this way, the flash will only illuminate the subject each time, and only record the subject.

First determine the shutter time, and then consider controlling the exposure. Because only when the shutter meets the requirements can you get the desired composition.

It is recommended to use shutter priority mode or M file to set the shutter length for shooting. Adjust the exposure with aperture and ISO, increase if the photo is underexposed and decrease if the photo is overexposed; you can also change the output power of the flash. According to the moving speed of the subject, set the frequency and number of flashes, so that the basic appearance of the photo can be determined.

Try to take a shot to see the effect, if the effect is not good, adjust it, which requires repeated testing to find the best parameters.
