In 2022, the Company achieved sales revenue of USD 7.273 billion, up 33.6% year-on-year; profit attributable to the Company was USD 1.818 billion, up 6.8% year-on-year; gross profit margin was 38.0%, up 7.2% year-on-year.

In the mobile phone and consumer industries, the highest inventory is related to the display driver circuit, large-screen TV, medium-screen monitor, small-screen mobile phone, panel driver chip inventory is estimated to exceed 3 quarters, individual may be the whole year inventory.

According to the regional perspective of SMIC's annual revenue, China, the United States and Eurasia accounted for 74%, 21% and 5% respectively, while the revenue amount of China and the United States increased by 42% and 24% year-on-year.

Revenue by size, 8-inch and 12-inch wafer revenue accounted for 33% and 67%, respectively, revenue increased by 24% and 42% year-on-year.

By application, SMIC's revenue from smartphones, consumer electronics, smart homes and other applications accounted for 27%, 23%, 14% and 36% respectively last year, with revenue growth of 14%, 32%, 48% and 54% year-on-year.
