Borissov said that a special committee had been set up to deal with the situation of "progressive MS-21". Before determining the cause of the abnormal situation, the Russian National Aerospace Group decided to postpone the launch of the Soyuz MS-23 unmanned spacecraft until March. He stressed that the postponement of the launch is to ensure the life, health and safety of the astronauts.

According to CCTV news, Russian Prime Minister Mishuskin signed a decree on February 13 local time, announcing the establishment of a committee for the development of unmanned aviation systems.
