According to the instructions on GitHub, the Android version of the Vita3K simulator requires a minimum Android 7 system and is an ARM64 device that supports Vulkan 1.0.

Vita3K developers said the minimum hardware requirements they tested were the Ziguang Zhanrui Tiger Ben T618 chipset, equipped with 3GB memory and Mali-G52 MP2 GPU.
