The first batch of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects were connected to the grid and put into production, the second and third batch of base projects were started one after another, and the construction of offshore wind power bases was carried out in a steady and orderly manner. At the same time, it is necessary to promote the construction of distributed onshore wind power and distributed photovoltaic power projects. Organize and optimize the layout of pumped storage to promote the sound and rapid development of pumped storage.
