Anker has officially given recalls in the United States, France, the United Kingdom and Germany, but has not yet released an announcement in China.

However, CTOnews.com found that the relevant 20000mAh 30W bi-directional portable battery has been removed from the domestic e-commerce platform and cannot be purchased, and the corresponding recall is expected to be announced soon.
