The train adopts 6-section grouping of type B cars, with a maximum running speed of 120km / h and a maximum capacity of 2032 passengers, which has the characteristics of speed, wisdom, green, energy saving, comfort and so on.

This is the first application of permanent magnet synchronous traction system with 120km / h speed in urban rail vehicles in China, and the batch development and application of permanent magnet synchronous traction technology with 120km / h speed level is realized.

According to the previous information, the train will be used in the Wuxi-Jiangyin intercity rail transit project PPP "Xicheng S1 Line" to speed up the construction of a "half-hour commuter circle" and promote the integrated development of Xicheng. CRRC said that the smooth development of the static debugging of the first electric bus and the dynamic debugging of the commissioning line has created good conditions for the debugging of the main line of the train.
