After the trial, the South Lake Court held that the defendant Chen and other five people were employed and sold knowing that they were counterfeit goods with registered trademarks, and the circumstances were particularly serious, and their acts constituted the crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks.

Taking into account the criminal facts of Chen and other five people, the degree of harm to society, and the circumstances of accomplice, pleading guilty, and confessing, the court sentenced Chen and other five people to fixed-term imprisonment of three years and three months to one year and two months respectively for the crime of selling counterfeit registered trademarks, some of which were suspended and fined a total of 370000 yuan.
