This means the company can offer its latest FSD software and hardware for Model S and Model X models in Europe.

In addition to HW 4.0, the document also shows that Tesla will make various adjustments for the new car, such as the new navigation positioning system antenna, Gen3 inverter, automatic headlight changes, Model X interior mirror bracket, motor code, tail badge, top speed and many other adjustments.

According to the document, the new Model S has a top speed of 174 MPH (280km / h), while the owner can increase the top speed to 200 MPH (322km / h) if he chooses the carbon ceramic brake package. This could mean Tesla will start offering carbon ceramic brake kit option support to users in the near future.

Unfortunately, this certificate does not reveal any details about Tesla Hardware 4.0 hardware. However, the Cybertruck, which has been confirmed to be delivered soon, will also use Hardware 4.0. This means that the new platform is not far away, and more modified models are on the way.

According to previous revelations and predictions, Hardware 4.0 is based on TSMC's 4/5nm process and is expected to feature a 5MP camera, which will give Autopilot an advantage in identifying distant objects. The new hardware will also include a new FSD computer, which is expected to be four times more powerful than the current FSD computer in HW 3.0.

In addition, HW 4.0 is expected to include a new HD radar that will significantly improve FSD performance. In addition, Tesla also mentioned a new GNSS antenna for GPS, and the new antenna also provides support for other satellite navigation systems such as GLONASS, Beidou and Galileo.

In January, Tesla officially announced the pricing of Model S and Model X in China. Model S dual-motor all-wheel drive version starts at 789,900 yuan, Model S Plaid three-motor all-wheel drive version starts at 100.99 million yuan;Model X dual-motor all-wheel drive version starts at 879,900 yuan, Model X Plaid three-motor all-wheel drive version starts at 1039,900 yuan.

Tesla said Yoke steering wheel and standard steering wheel users can choose free of charge. The above models will be delivered to the mainland of China in the first half of 2023.
