CTOnews.com February 11 news, according to NotebookCheck news, KT Pocket has now launched the KT-R1 Android handset, the price starts at $169( currently about 1151 yuan).

In terms of configuration, the KT-R1 is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, a 4.5-inch display, an aspect ratio of 3:2 and a resolution of 1620 x 1080. The battery capacity is 5000 mAh.

MediaTek Helio G99, released in 2022, is based on TSMC's 6nm process. It is equipped with two Cortex-A76 cores with the highest frequency 2.2GHz and six Cortex AME 55 cores with the highest frequency 2GHz, and the GPU is Mali-G57 MC2.

It is reported that the basic version of the handset with 4 GB memory + 64 GB storage costs $169( currently about 1151 yuan), and the high-end version with 8GB memory + 256 GB storage sells for $229 (currently about 1559 yuan).
