Huang Guangyu is the controlling shareholder of Gome Retail and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Gome Retail in Shandong Longji Island. Huang Guangyu controls 29.20% of Gome through Longji Island, Shandong Province, and is the actual controller of Gome.

After this change of rights and interests, Shandong Longji Island has been changed to no actual controller. In view of the fact that Shandong Longji Island is the controlling shareholder of Gome Communication equipment Co., Ltd., this change of rights and interests will lead to the change of Gome Communications Company to no actual controller. The controlling shareholder of the company is still Shandong Longji Island.

By the end of February 10, 2023, Gome Communications (600898) closed at 6.21 yuan, down 0.64%, with a turnover rate of 3.26%, with a turnover of 82,200 lots and a turnover of 51.2719 million yuan. In terms of capital flow data on February 10, the net inflow of main funds was 2.7389 million yuan, accounting for 5.34% of the total turnover, the net outflow of hot capital was 1.6346 million yuan, accounting for 3.19% of the total turnover, and the net outflow of retail funds was 1.1044 million yuan, accounting for 2.15% of the total turnover.
