CTOnews.com February 10 news, according to foreign technology media Sammyfans reported that Samsung has set up a special working group to develop a dedicated AP for the Galaxy series. Sources say Samsung may have canceled mass production plans for the Exynos 2300 and Exynos 2400 chipsets, with the goal of partnering with Google to launch the Exynos 2500 with NPU by Google.

Citing reliable sources such as OreXda, Samsung has largely confirmed that it has canceled production of the Exynos 2300 chipset and subsequent development of prototypes, while the Exynos 2400 may be the same fate. Samsung will focus on partnering with Google and AMD to build the Exynos 2500 chipset.

The whistleblower also hinted that the Exynos 2500 was developed around performance, equipped with a 10-core CPU and a twice-redesigned Xclipse GPU, and equipped with an NPU developed in partnership with Google.
