CTOnews.com, Feb. 10, Twitter said in its official support document launched recently that Twitter users can only send 2400 tweets, 500 private messages and 400 followers a day. In addition, the number of users followed by Twitter will be limited after more than 5000.

The official support document lists a lot of limitations, and CTOnews.com translates as follows:

Private messages (per day): limited to 500 private messages per day

Tweets: limited to 2400 tweets per day. A more detailed strategy will be developed later, including limiting the number of tweets sent every half an hour. Reposting other people's tweets is also counted.

Change your email account: it takes 4 hours.

Follow (per day): theoretically, you can follow up to 400 accounts per day. Note: this is a regular account restriction, and there are other specifications to prevent aggressive concerns.

Follow (account): an account has followed 5000 other accounts, and the number of additional followings will be limited according to the account situation (account-specific ratios).

These restrictions include access operations from all devices such as Web, Mobile, phone, API, and so on. API requests from all third-party applications are tracked according to the hourly API limit. As a result, people who use multiple third-party applications through their accounts will reach the API limit faster.
