Cao Cao travel official said to the media, "Yang Jian as chairman of Cao Cao Travel is intended to strengthen the coordination between Cao Cao Travel and Geely Ecology, strengthen the resource deployment of the N Cube strategy, improve organizational efficiency, and promote the integration and upgrading of the industrial chain."

Yang Jian has worked in Geely Group for many years. According to the official website of Geely Group, Yang Jian joined Geely Group in 1996 and held a number of important positions, including Dean of Geely Automobile Research Institute, Executive Vice President of Geely Holdings Group, President of Geely Holdings Group and so on.

In addition, Yang Jian has successively participated in and led the completion of a series of international mergers and acquisitions such as Australia's DSI automatic transmission, London electric vehicles and Volvo cars, and established the governance structure of the management committee responsible system under the leadership of the board of directors.

Zhou Hang is the founder of Yidi. In April 2022, Zhou Hang became chairman of Cao Cao Travel. At that time, Cao Cao did not disclose the responsibility of Zhou Hang, and the daily operation of the company was still presided over by CEO Gong Xin. Today, Zhou Hang left office less than a year after Cao Cao became chairman of the company.

In the past two years, Cao Cao, who relies on auspiciousness, has changed frequently at the top of the travel team. In May 2021, Gong Xin, former general manager of Didi Premier Taxi's business department, parachuted into CEO;2021 at the end of the year, and Cao Cao's founder, Liu Jinliang, ran away; in April 2022, Zhou Hang parachuted into the chairman of the board; and in February 2023, Zhou Hang quit and Yang Jian took over as chairman of the "Geely Department".
