Introduce a new Immersive Reader strategy

The immersive reader in Microsoft Edge simplifies web layout, eliminates clutter, and helps you customize your reading experience. Administrators can use two new policies, ImmersiveReaderGrammarToolsEnabled and ImmersiveReaderPictureDictionaryEnabled, to control the availability of syntax tools and picture dictionaries in ImmersiveReader.

Synchronize Azure Active Directory login for users

The Microsoft Edge synchronization feature synchronizes data in all logged-in Microsoft Edge browsers. This data includes favorites, passwords, browsing history, open tabs, settings, applications, favorites, and extensions.

For Azure Active Directory users who have turned off synchronization, after the browser starts, they will see a notification prompt and turn on synchronization for all logged-in Microsoft Edge browsers.

This synchronization enable includes other devices to which they are logged in. In addition, if the user's other devices do not have a history and open tabs to synchronize, the two switches are turned on. Organizations that use SyncDisabled policies are not affected by this change.

Introduce Drop function

Microsoft Edge now provides an easy way to send files and notes on all logged-in mobile and desktop devices. With the desktop version of Microsoft Edge, you can manage Drop through the edge://settings/ sidebar. Administrators can use EdgeEDropEnabled policies to control the availability of Drop.
