It is controversial that the applicant has failed to provide any valid legal instruments to establish the creditor's and debt relationship between Gome and the applicant, and whether Gome should be liable for the alleged payments owed by each supply chain company to the applicant.

CTOnews.com found that recently, Gome Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. recently increased the number of bankruptcy review cases, including the applicant Shenyang Shengxingda Kitchen and Sanitary products Co., Ltd., Harbin Su'er Cooking utensils sales Co., Ltd., Changchun Supor Cooking utensils sales Co., Ltd., Liaoning Supor Cooking Power sales Co., Ltd., on the grounds that they were unable to repay their maturing debts and obviously lacked solvency. Apply to the court for bankruptcy liquidation of Gome as a creditor.

Gome raised the objection that the applicant is not the qualified subject of the bankruptcy liquidation of Gome.

The Beijing No. 1 Intermediate people's Court found out that the creditor's right against Gome claimed by the applicant has not been confirmed by the effective legal documents, and Gome does not recognize that there is a creditor-debt relationship between the two parties, although the applicant has submitted evidence such as the procurement contract, but the applicant and the respondent are not directly opposite to the above-mentioned contract and agreement.

In addition, Gome admitted that shipments and refunds in some areas were not timely, and insiders told thepaper.cn that "the recent continuous capital injection by Huang Guangyu, a major shareholder, is to fill cash flow and ensure the normal operation of stores.
