The DJI Mini 2 SE weighs less than 249g and can be easily placed on the palm of the hand. Its low weight, small size and folding legs make it very portable.

The camera, which uses a 2.3-inch CMOS sensor capable of shooting 2.7K video or 1200 megapixels, is mounted on a three-axis universal joint to take stable videos and photos. DJI equips the Mini 2 SE with QuickShots and Panorama modes, making it easy to shoot more creative videos and photos, and supports 4x digital zoom when shooting high-definition videos.

Most notably, DJI equipped the Mini 2 SE with Ocusync2.0 graphics technology, which means the new drone can fly twice as far as the original Mini SE and can transmit high-definition video within a range of 10 kilometers. But CTOnews.com learned that most jurisdictions require drones to fly within sight, and a small drone like the Mini 2 SE is likely to be out of sight before you have a chance to fly it 10 kilometers away.

According to DJI, the Mini 2 SE has a level 5 wind resistance and can hover stably under a wind force of 10.7m / s. But unlike DJI Mini 3 Pro, Mini 2 SE does not have an object avoidance sensor.

In addition, DJI said that the Mini 2 SE can fly for 31 minutes on a single charge, a small upgrade compared with the maximum flight time of 30 minutes for previous models.

DJI Mini 2 SE will go on sale on March 22, with the Bank of China selling for 2388 yuan. In addition to selling the UAV separately, DJI will also provide the Mini 2 SE Flight Suite.
