CTOnews.com February 8 news, as early as November last year there was news that vivo will launch V27 and V27 Pro in India sometime this month. Today, the new machine suspected to be the V27 has appeared in the Geekbench online database.

The phone, V2246, runs Android 13 and has 12GB memory, which is not common on mid-range phones. CTOnews.com notes that the exact model of its processor is unknown, but because of the Mali-G610MC4 GPU it uses, it is likely to be a MediaTek processor. The single core score of the machine is 845 and the multi-core score is 2217.

According to the latest revelations, the V27 will have a 4G version and a 5G version, while the V27 Pro will only offer a 5G version, and vivo will launch the V27e 5G later this year, a name that means it should be a cheaper version.

The vivo V27 5G may have some similarities with the S165G launched in China in December, but the V27 5G uses MediaTek's SoC, while the S16 is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 870.
