For comparison, China's retail sales totaled 20.543 million vehicles from January to December 2022, an increase of 1.9 percent over the same period last year, according to data from the Federation of passengers. From January to December in 2022, the domestic retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles were 5.674 million, an increase of 90.0% over the same period last year.
