In Stanley Kubrick's dystopian sci-fi film "2001 Space Odyssey" (2001: A Space Odyssey), AI's transformation is interesting as a plot twist, and although the reality is much more mundane, it is also crucial. We must ensure that AI technology is developed in a responsible manner. Industry and global leaders must work together to shape the future of technology by jointly creating new possibilities and stimulating the best of our humanity when technological progress is in its early stages.

Artificial intelligence has spawned global change and provided us with powerful tools. It promises to create a responsible, inclusive and sustainable future. We use the power of artificial intelligence to respond to major global challenges such as outbreaks, natural disasters and global public health. We are developing artificial intelligence functions and solutions to enhance human potential, enhance inclusiveness, and improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

When creating new things, we have a responsibility to ask ourselves, "have I made society better or worse?" If the technology can not be proved to be good, then our work is still incomplete. Only when the application of AI is significant and repetitive is better than any non-AI experience can it become the new standard.

When introducing new technologies, especially AI, there must be a scientific and data base, and the whole process must be guided by governance. In its early stages, neutral technology is similar to negative technology. Over the past few years, we have experienced major challenges and show how easily our world can slide to the other extreme. We can't let ourselves blindly follow the wanton development of economic and algorithmic innovation, nor can we blindly pursue indicators such as click-through rate or website stay time. Technology must constantly demonstrate results beyond the existing human level while improving people's experience.

When we talk about innovation, the crux of the problem is not whether we can do it or not, but why. AI is already helping humans with tasks that are difficult to perform in traditional computing. Machines will soon make more decisions than humans. As humans, our responsibility is to ensure that these machines make better and more ethical   decisions through rigorous, collaborative, multidisciplinary peer review processes throughout the life cycle of AI development, and to build diverse development teams to reduce bias. We must also recognize that the development of AI technology is accompanied by potential ethical and human rights risks and that there has been a competition between positive and negative outcomes.

Technology itself is neutral, and we must constantly shape it into a force for good. The scientific and technological community must become a role model for a variety of industries in terms of breakthroughs in systems enhanced by AI technology. If built and used in a responsible way, AI will create prosperity and enrich people's lives.

The future of mankind will also be better.
