Oufeiguang pointed out in the notice that the original mobile phone division changed its name to the imaging business department, and the original image was changed to the camera module product line; the IPC product line was adjusted to the imaging business department and reported to the president of the imaging division; and the smart door lock product line was adjusted to the microelectronics division and reported to the president of the microelectronics division.

In terms of personnel appointment, O'Figuang appointed Shen Chengzhe as president of the imaging division, responsible for the overall management of camera modules, AR/VR, ODM, and IPC product lines, and Ye Qingbiao as president of the microelectronics division, responsible for the overall management of the microelectronics division.

Prior to this, Oufeiguang announced on January 30 that the company expected a loss of 4.1 billion yuan to 5.2 billion yuan last year, compared with a loss of 2.625 billion yuan in the same period last year, and expected a net profit loss of 3.96 billion yuan to 5.08 billion yuan after deducting non-recurring profit and loss, compared with a loss of 2.582 billion yuan in the same period last year.

Ofeiguang said that the large year-on-year decline in net profit last year was mainly due to the termination of purchasing relationships by specific customers, and shipments related to specific customers fell sharply in 2022 compared with the same period last year. At the same time, it bears the fixed operating costs associated with the termination of the purchasing relationship.
