CTOnews.com, Feb. 7, vivo has recently started a warm-up of the Y100 model in India, inviting Indian actress Sara Ali Khan Alikhan to promote the new product. According to the latest publicity materials, Y100 uses MediaTek Tianji 900 chip, rather than the previously exposed Tianji 920 chip.

It has been revealed that vivo will launch the phone in India on February 15, 2023, with a lightweight and stylish body design, which is 7.73mm thick and weighs only 181g, making it easy for users to carry throughout the day.

The smartphone also comes with discolored glass and will be available in three colors: Twilight Gold, Pacific Blue and Metal Black.

The back of the fuselage is equipped with a 6400-megapixel OIS anti-shake camera, which supports shooting modes such as vlog movie, movie video and dual-view video mode. Vivo Y100 also offers many modes, including Super Night Mode, large Aperture Portrait, Multi-style Night filter and Multi-style Portrait.

CTOnews.com found from the promotional materials that the upcoming device will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 900 (6nm) chipset with a master clock speed of 2.4 GHz, LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2 internal storage. The machine will be equipped with FuntouchOS 13 system.

The vivo Y100 smartphone also comes with a 4500 mAh battery, supports up to 44W fast charging, and has 24 enhanced security protection features.
