According to the measured video shared by YouTube channel Tech Droider, this test includes four steps: game, video playback, using Instagram and video recording. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra came in second with 11 hours and 15 minutes, while Apple's iPhone 14 Pro Max topped the list with 11 hours and 25 minutes.

According to the results of this review, CTOnews.com ranked the phone's battery life as follows: Galaxy S23 Ultra is the best Android flagship. The nearest Xiaomi 13 Pro has a battery life of 10 hours and 26 minutes, compared with 9 hours and 43 minutes for last year's Galaxy S22 Ultra (it is not clear whether the Exynos or Snapdragon version is in the video).

Another test conducted by South Korean media B-Note tested the battery life of Galaxy S23 Ultra, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro, Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra won the first place in the test with a time of 20 hours and seven minutes. IPhone 13 Pro Max came in second with 20 hours and 5 minutes, while the standard Galaxy S23 came in second with 17 hours and 29 minutes. S22 Ultra came last with a disappointing 12 hours and 3 minutes.
